Darling Sweet came into existence in late 2013. The entire manufacturing process is done by hand. The focus on manual production is very much part their focus on job creation within the Darling community. My Dad's Honey

An owner managed bee business situated in Sir Lowry's Pass Village near Somerset West, they have been operating for the past 27 years. "My Dad's Honey" currently has in the region of 1200 active hives situated in the winter foraging apiaries in the Walker Bay Fynbos Conservatory (part of the unique Cape Floral Kingdom) and in the winter-flowering eucalyptus plantations in the Helderberg Basin.

George Orwell’s dark novel 1984 did not inspire our name alone, but our chocolate lives up to the unusualness! We craft a range of 60% dark tumbled chocolate with fruity and confectionery centers . Tumbled chocolates are fashioned by slowly drizzling chocolate over complimentary centers, all while rolling and tossing the treats to achieve layers of chocolate perfection. Our confections are handmade in small batches using only the freshest ingredients.
Gourmet Boutique Chilli Products
Named after the Chorister Robin which lives in their woods they are a self sustainable small farm growing naturally for the local markets. Their main crops are chilles (currently 9 varieties) and Katorba grapes for vinegar. The mangoes come from a bio-dynamic farm and everything is hand made.

Based in Cape Town, they work with a wide range of local, talented crafters for a range of bespoke, contemporary South African decor products that reflect South Africa in a unique and fresh way. Their designs are all inspired by the harmony between line & form found in nature and created using photographs or drawings taken of natural elements. They place a strong emphasis on sustainability.
Hand crafted cutlery
Philip Joubert - a goldsmith by trade, designs and manufactures jewellery, knives and cutlery using precious metals, hand-picked indigenous hardwoods, stainless steel and pewter. His studio is in the Boland at Worcester, where he runs a training school and works with students from the National Institute for the Deaf who also help with manufacture.
Hand drawn screen printed fabrics
KeniKen is a contemporary collection of table linen that includes table cloths, placemats, napkins, tea towels, aprons and cushions designed designed and hand screen printed in Cape Town by artist Kendall Gilesby. The designs are hand drawn and printed on 100% cotton. KeniKen uses neutral tones for the fabric to blend in with any colour scheme.

Iona is South Africa's coolest vineyard site
The wines of Iona come from a dramatically unique site in the Cape Winelands. The vineyards are on a mountain plateau 420 metres above sea level, surrounded by the Kogelberg Nature Reserve, and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Since the first release in 2001, the wines of Iona have quickly made a name as being among the finest in the world.

At their coffee plant situated in Wetton, Cape Town, experienced roasters turn the green coffee beans into a product that will tantalise the most discerning palette. Wild Clover Brewery, situated on the farm Wild Clover (R304), had its official opening on the 31st of august 2012, with the aim of brewing craft beer and enhancing and promoting the pleasure and enjoyment of this beer. This brewery, concentrates on quality and uniqueness, to hand blend and brew the finest quality craft beer, in the same age old European traditions.
Award winning wine and cuisine
Set between Franschhoek and Stellenbosch, in the Drakenstein Valley, Boschendal is one of the oldest farms in South Africa. (Established over 300 years ago.) Although its Manor House has been a national monument since 1976, it’s still very much a working farm known for its award-winning wines and its fantastic farm-to-table cuisine. They have set aside almost half of the total land on the farm for conservation with a resolute commitment to the environment.
